Community Health Assessment

The Maricopa County Community Health Assessment (CHA) is part of a larger community health improvement process. The reports included on this page are used to identify priority issues, develop and implement strategies for action, and establish accountability to ensure measurable health improvement. CHA data is used to identify priority areas for action in a Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP). The information provided in these reports is intended for use by members of Maricopa County's public health system.
