The Constitution guarantees every person specific rights. Among those guarantees is the right to be free from intrusion by the government.

The Constitution ensures every individual the right to be free from unreasonable searches and seizures, and the right to remain silent when questioned by a government agency. Also, the Constitution requires the government to provide attorneys to individuals faced with criminal charges.
