Dust Permit Application Portal

The Maricopa County Air Quality Department has released a new online portal for dust permit applications. The online portal is designed to provide a user-friendly interface for industry representatives to submit the required information to process a dust permit application. Users will have the ability to: 

  • Complete paperless applications and submit payment information all in one convenient place 
  • Modify submitted applications and update contact information 
  • Electronically submit and revise the project site map and disturbed acreage 
  • Access their account to view and track all dust permits that have been created 

First time users must first create an account by selecting Register at the bottom of the page. Once an account is created, you will be able to begin the application process. 

The online portal also features a public database containing all dust permit applications submitted to the department. This feature does not require an account.
